Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

Maximum 50/50 payout will be $0.00.

4. Important Dates & Draw Information

Final ticket sales deadline: January 8, 2024 at 11:59:00 p.m. EST

Ultimate Dream Home draw: February 7, 2024 at 2:00:00 p.m. EST
Ultimate 50/50 Extra draw: February 7, 2024 at 2:00:00 p.m. EST

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 27 Noah Court, Sudbury

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://tickets.ultimatedreamhome.ca/winners on February 7, 2024.

5. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the CANADIAN HARD OF HEARING ASSOCIATION SUDBURY BRANCH.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the CANADIAN HARD OF HEARING ASSOCIATION SUDBURY BRANCH or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

6. Privacy

CANADIAN HARD OF HEARING ASSOCIATION SUDBURY BRANCH does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

7. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@ultimatedreamhome.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
